Djozan Rugs

Djozan (Juzan) is a village in the Khorasan region of northeastern Iran, producing hand-knotted rugs in the wider Khorasan weaving tradition. Like the best pieces from this area, Djozan rugs combine the grand medallion compositions and warm color palette of Khorasan weaving with a village-workshop character that feels honest and direct.

These are practical, well-made Persian rugs, not the fine collector's items of the great city workshops, but genuine handmade pieces with real character and the durability that Khorasan wool is known for.
